Welcome to Pro Product Shot. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

Pro Product Shot specializes in professional product photography and videography services. Our offerings include but are not limited to:

• Photography:

  • Studio product photography with clean and professional styling

  • Lifestyle photography showcasing products in real-world settings

  • White background product images for e-commerce platforms

  • Amazon infographic images with creative text overlays and designs

  • Macro photography for intricate product details

• Videography:

  • Unboxing videos for product reveals

  • Product tutorial videos demonstrating functionality

  • Lifestyle video

  • Assembly video

The scope of services will be detailed in the project agreement signed by both parties.

2. Project Requirements and Client Responsibilities

2.1 Submission of Products: Clients must ship products to our designated studio address, ensuring they arrive undamaged and ready for photography.

2.2 Specifications: Clients must provide detailed instructions, including shot lists, angles, and styling preferences, prior to the commencement of the project.

2.3 Product Return: Unless specified otherwise, clients are responsible for the cost and arrangement of product returns. Products not reclaimed within 30 days of project completion will be discarded.

2.4 Client Approval: Clients must review proofs promptly to avoid project delays.

3. Assembly

3.1 Assessment and Additional Fees: Installation services are subject to team assessment. If the product's size or weight exceeds standard package dimensions or if installation is complex, additional fees may apply.

3.2 Installation Errors: In the event of installation errors that render the product unusable, the issue will be assessed and resolved accordingly.

3.3 Missing or Damaged Parts: If missing parts or damage occurs during shipping, the client must arrange for replacement parts or products to be sent to complete the installation.

3.4 Box Size Policy:

     We accept USPS Medium Priority Flat Rate Boxes with dimensions:

• 11-1/4" (L) x 8-3/4" (W) x 6" (H)

• Priority Mail Express® Medium Flat Rate Boxes

• 11-3/4" (L) x 8-3/4" (W) x 5-3/4" (H)

If the package exceeds these dimensions, each item will be priced as a separate package.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing: Prices for services will be outlined in the project estimate or invoice. All prices are subject to change unless locked in by a signed agreement.

4.2 Deposits and Final Payment: No upfront payment is required; however, the client must sign a legally binding agreement. Payment is due upon project completion and before the delivery of final files.

4.3 Late Payments: Payments not made within the agreed-upon timeline may incur a late fee of 5% per month.

5. Ownership and Licensing

5.1 Copyright Ownership: All Content remains the copyrighted intellectual property of Pro Product Shot. No transfer of copyright or ownership in any of the Content is granted unless explicitly agreed to in writing by us.

5.2 Transfer and Sub-licensing:

• Subcontractors: Your subcontractors may use the Content for the purpose of achieving your final intended use. Examples include but are not limited to: Your website designer using the Content to publish to your website. Your printing company using the Content to print a catalog. Your marketing company creating and broadcasting an advertisement. Your subcontractors may not use the Content for any purpose other than facilitating your intended end-use.

• Your Employer or Client: If you are ordering our services on behalf of your employer or your client, you may permit that entity to use the Content. If you permit your employer or client to use the Content, you certify that you have received authorization that they be bound to this entire Agreement. If such authorization has not been granted to you, then they may not use the Content.

• Sale of Company or Entity: If we grant a license to your company or entity and that company or entity is later sold to another party, the license shall automatically transfer to the new owner.

5.3 No Claim of Authorship: You may not claim you are the author of the Content. In any case where the author of the Content is specified, it must be attributed as “Copyright Pro Product Shot.”

5.4 Usage Rights: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for commercial purposes. Extended or exclusive licensing is available upon request and may incur additional fees.

5.5 Portfolio Use: Pro Product Shot reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.

6. Revisions and Refund Policy

6.1 Revisions: Clients are entitled to up to one round of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.

6.2 Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for additional payments will only be considered if the project is canceled before production begins.

6.3 Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with the results, let us know, and we’ll work to make it right. Terms and conditions apply.

7. Delivery Timeline

7.1 Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround time is 7 business days from the day after the receipt of goods. If additional services are requested, the timeline may be extended.

7.2 Rush Orders: Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee and must be requested and agreed upon in advance.

8. Liability

8.1 Damaged or Lost Products: Pro Product Shot is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping to or from our studio.

8.2 Service Interruption: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, shipping delays, or technical issues.

9. Confidentiality

Pro Product Shot respects client confidentiality and agrees not to disclose proprietary information or materials provided for the project to third parties without explicit consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of San Francisco, CA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, CA.
