STEP 1
Start an Order
Start an Order
The first step is selecting the package that best suits your needs. Click the “Start Now” button to get started with placing your order. Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details and instructions for the next steps.

We recommend logging onto our website using your Google or Facebook account.

If you have any special requirements, please include them in the order submission form. If needed, a Project Manager will be available to assist you during the process.

STEP 2
Ship Your Products
Select up to 5 products and pack them into either a USPS Medium Priority Flat Rate Box (delivery within 1–3 days) or a Priority Mail Express® Medium Flat Rate Box (next-day delivery). If you’d like the products returned after the project is complete, please include a return label in the box.
For Larger Items:
If your product doesn’t fit into the recommended box (e.g., a chair requiring assembly), we will count it as one package.
Please note that if the size changes after assembly, the product must either be picked up in person or donated to our team as a gift.

STEP 3
Production Magic Happens
On the next business day after we receive your products, the 7-day countdown officially begins!
We will send you an agreement, and payment instructions.
Our team will carefully inspect and analyze the items, assemble them (if necessary), and prepare them for production. We’ll meticulously select the best locations, backgrounds, and angles to highlight your product’s unique beauty.
We don’t just see your product as an object; through our creative lens, every product comes to life. With professional equipment and imaginative vision, we ensure your products stand out, helping you boost B2B or B2C sales.
All photography and editing are done 100% in-house at our San Francisco studio. From start to finish, every detail is handled by our expert team to guarantee top-quality results.
STEP 4
Delivery and Review
Once the work is complete, we’ll send you an email with a link to review and approve all the creative materials (with a watermark).

From now until March 31, 2025, each project includes two complimentary revisions at no extra charge.

Your assigned Project Manager will work closely with you on any revisions until you’re completely satisfied.
After your approval, you’ll receive an invoice via email. We accept credit cards, wire transfers, or checks. Once the payment is cleared, we’ll deliver the final files in full resolution without watermarks, granting you full rights to use the materials on any platform.

Return Shipping
Now that your project is complete, let us know how to handle your products:

Return Shipping*: We’ll use the return label you provided to ship the items back to you.

Pick-Up: You’re welcome to pick up the products in person.

Donation: Donate the products to our team! They may even be featured on our TV show or social media segments.
Note:
For assembled products, we may not be able to disassemble and return them. In such cases, we recommend selecting Option 2 (Pick-Up) or Option 3 (Donation).
